Introduction
As External Consultant, I contributed to the
development and deployment of a
comprehensive financial management
system aimed at digitizing and harmonizing
financial activities across multiple
international subsidiaries. This initiative
involved implementing a cloud-based
enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform
to enhance productivity, agility, and
adaptability within the finance division. The
project successfully migrated operations in
25 countries within a timeframe of one to
five months per country, resulting in more
reliable and expedited financial processes.
This transformation allowed finance teams
to devote less time to repetitive tasks and
focus more on providing analysis based on
reliable, consistent, real-time, and easily
accessible data.

Introduction
Wave-Tree allows the management and control of
real-time production progress. It is a lean and
effective tool for following the work in progress of
phases and materials and receiving data on
activities from machinery or from declarations of
human resources on board the machine. The
completely web and “touch ready” interface allows
operators to declare in real time all the process
information that cannot be automatically detected
(setup, production, unloading of input materials and
declaration of output materials, scraps, human
resources, etc.).
